Q: Does the goods we had bought can be exchanged?

 

A: The goods sold are not exchangeable, but we will provide customer support through calls and emails. For local customers, you can walk in and ask for order services.

 

Q: How to send a file to order a printing?

 

A: You can be send your artwork to our email: artco_media@yahoo.com or through web cloud service (hightail.com / wetransfer.com). Either in ai format (outlined), PDF format, High-RES JPEG file or TIFF files. If you require design services from us please do consult with us by give us a call. Next in your email indicate your delivery method by provide us you address of the delivery if require as well fill up your payment info.

Q: How to order a material and inks for your company?

Q: How to ask for a quotation if I need to order in large quantity?

Q: How to make a purchase?

 

A: You can add to cart and direct bank in to our account or payment via pay pal for items.

Take a photo on an add to cart amount and emailed to us at artco_media@yahoo.com and we will send you a cash bill with bank account for you to internet transfer to :-

Q: How do I make payment?
   Basically we have 4 methods for your convenience :
        - Walk in, either by cash, debit card or credit card
        - Bank in Cash
        - Inter-bank Funds Transfer

Q: How to make a purchase for OVERSEAS buyer?

 

A: You can make payment via pay pal for items. Take a photo on an add to cart amount and emailed to us at artco_media@yahoo.com and we will send you a cash bill.

For printing order, please inquiry on quantity and material, we will issue a bill and reply to you after you have confirmed the order, and you are required to bank in the full amount and we will print and delivery to you immediately after received and sent to you via the courier or transportation or shipment upon reimbursed from you, alternatively you can instruct a reverse pickup service from your courier service company to pick up from us.

 

SHIPPING METHOD
Local delivery

Within Kuala Lumpur area it will be delivered within 2 working days when the goods are completed.
Outstation area will be delivered within 3 working days when the goods are completed.
All delivery charges will be weighed and charged according to the courier company rate based on the completed product.


International delivery
International order will be delivered within 5 working days when the goods are completed.
All delivery charges will be weighed and charged according to the courier company rate based on the completed product.

 

LOCAL CUSTOM DUTY AND IMPORT TAXES
Please note that our company will not be liable to any countries local custom duty and taxes. These charges will not be included in any of our online invoices.

How Do I Place an Order?

You can place an order based on online by internet transfer GIRO or Rentas or ATM transfer for local, and for oversea you need to transfer the fund based on TT and email the bank slip for our reference on delivery.
